"We attended an outdoor event last weekend and Martin from M.A. Catering prepared the food. The smoked pig was just amazing, I mean the rub/marinade kept the meat moist but still aloud for some great crispy outer skin pieces. The homemade potato salad and coleslaw was out of this world. This guy even made mini corn muffins. The food quality surpasses the cost by leaps and bounds. Give this place a try you will not be disappointed."
